Lakeview Dental Arts was established in the Fall of 2013 by Dr. Scott Overholser. Our practice is located in a unique space in the heart of East Lakeview. Dr. Overholser carefully selected this location because he truly believes this boutique-style practice complements the vibe of this great neighborhood and its residents. Over the years of practice, he has won the hearts of his patients all over Chicago – serving patients in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Andersonville, Boystown, Edgewater, Gold Coast, Lincoln Square, and North Center.

Dr. Scott

Hi, I’m Dr. Scott Overholser, but you can call me Dr. Scott! I went to Indiana University in Bloomington, IN where I completed a triple major in biology, chemistry, and psychology. I received my dental degree from Indiana University in Indianapolis.

In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family. Believe it or not, my English bulldog, Bella, surfs and enjoys going on long bike rides. You may see her at the office if she’s feeling extra adventurous.

Hello! I am the office manager here. I handle the day-to-day operations and enjoy creative problem-solving. When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time reading, trying new restaurants, and hanging out with my family and friends.

I’ve been a dental hygienist since 2013 and a member of Lakeview Dental Arts since 2018! I love helping my patients achieve the healthiest, happiest smiles and strive to make their experience comfortable. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our dog, and family and friends. I love traveling and trying new restaurants around Chicago.

Hi, I am a hygienist at Lakeview Dental Arts. This practice is my home away from home. My favorite part about my job are the patients I get to meet and help here– this makes everything worthwhile for me. In my free time I am running around as an official hockey mom for my very talented son, enjoying Chicago’s food, and spending time with my family.

I am originally from St. Louis, Missouri but knew as soon as I visited Chicago that I had to live here. I love making art, going to all kinds of live shows, and searching for the best bowl of ramen in the city. If you have suggestions, I’m all ears!
